Southey Stone Church

I had a former student give me the heads up on this rural church not far from where I live. My Aurora Borealis finder app told me that it was going to be a good night for the Northern Lights, but sadly there was too much cloud coverage. With a good friend and Google maps, I was able to find this old rural church in the dark. It was a fun night of shooting.

We tried spinning steel wool, but our lighter didn't want to work in the wind. We attempted spinning our small flashlight and as you can see in this picture, it got away from us.
